Cloud GuestApp allows hotel guests to conveniently find out what a hotel has to offer, request services or file complaints, and see what activities are occurring inside or around the hotel. The Guest is able to access these benefits;
1- See the events inside and around the hotels.
2- See the hotel activities.
3- Send requests or file a complaint to the hotels reception desk
4- See the loyalty information of the guest inside the hotel he’s staying in.

Disclaimer: The app has a continuous use of GPS in the background which may dramatically decrease the battery life.
